What should I outsource?

When it comes to outsourcing, it can be hard to know what exactly to outsource in the first place.

Here's a super easy way to pick out the needle-moving tasks, the ones that bring you joy (and the $$$), and the not-so-exciting stuff that you find yourself avoiding...

Take a pen & paper, and write down all the tasks that you carry out within your business. Think about social media, onboarding/offboarding, marketing etc.

Now sort the tasks into the 4 categories on the grid below:

What feels like a chore?

What do you procrastinate on?

What is taking up too much of your time that could be spent elsewhere?

Looking at your grid, are there any common themes or problem areas? How much time do you spend on the tasks that you don't love, don't know how to do, and shouldn't be doing?

If your list is piling up with DMs waiting for a response, those automations you never get round to setting up, courses that need updating, and it feels like there simply aren't enough hours in the day for you to keep up with business tasks AND manage that work/life balance seamlessly, first off - that's totally OK and second, I got you.

What would you focus your time & energy on if you didn't have to do the stuff that keeps you bogged down and uninspired?
